Personal Training with ‘Me..time’ Pilates includes: 

• Appointments to suit your schedule
• Personal one2one tuition in our bespoke Studio
  
• Support material provided for home training
  
• Mats, bands & blocks provided for Personal Training only
• 55 minute appointments

Our Personal training is open to anyone, however we specialise in rehabilitation.

We can also help to create specific routines of exercises to help with individual needs for a specifice injury / health problem (Particually back, shoulder and posture issues)

All training is paid in advance a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start date.

Personal Training is held at our bespoke studio in Worcestershire.
